Grey Bruce Farmers' Week 2026:
January 7th - 12th

Click the buttons above to view presentation descriptions and speaker biographies. Agendas are lower on this page.

Grey Bruce Farmers’ Week  has been a main stay for the agricultural industry in Grey and Bruce Counties since 1966. The featured commodities have changed as our agricultural focus evolved, but the mandate of producer education has remained firm. The agendas are jam-packed with high impact presenters and the trade show is filled to capacity on most days.

  • In-Person presentations will be delivered from the Elmwood Community Centre. Without a doubt the best way to experience GBFW, producers can pose questions directly to presenters, network with each other or with agribusiness, peruse the tradeshow, and of course - enjoy a hot roast beef lunch each day!

  • Livestreaming will be available for those who are unable to travel to Elmwood during the conference. This option still allows for questions to be posed to presenters through a chat box, and no winter driving is required to take part!

  • The Encore Access gives ticket holders the ability to review conference proceedings for 30 days following GBFW. Whether it is a presentation that you missed, or information you would like to review in more detail, all presentations will be recorded and available here, and all audience members (whether you watch in-person or through the livestream) can access this.

  • On Demand presentations are a legacy of our two virtual GBFW years. We have so many great topics booked, but not enough time to fit them all into our daily schedules! As a result, each day of GBFW has many presentations which are pre-recorded and only available online. This bonus content is included with any ticket purchase, whether in-person or livestreaming the rest of the conference.

Are you a CCA looking to acquire CEU credits? Many of our conference days have presentations that are CEU accredited. Check out the descriptions by clicking the daily buttons at the top of this page!

Where Did Ecological Day Go?

You may have noticed that Ecological Day is not being offered in 2026. The GBFW organizing committee felt that producers would be better served by building ecologically themed topics into each day of the week rather than separating them onto their own day. As a result, our conference will run for six days in 2026 but presentations will be added to each of the remaining days which focus on farming their respective commodities with an ecological mindset.

The removal of Ecological Day is done in acknowledgment that all producers are stewards of the environment and strive to do the best for their land that they are able. Each commodity has opportunity and incentive to put ecological practices to use in their production system, and we hope that exploring these best practices during the commodity day will provide a more holistic set of discussions than separating the topics out. Please feel free to reach out with any comments or concerns!
